About Avalanche Metal Industries
Avalanche was the brainchild of Don Siebert after he sold his interests in Northside Metal Industries. Northside built the sleeper cabs, fuel tanks and cross members for Western Star Trucks. They also built all the sub assembles for Wittke Waste Refuse Trucks. Northside helped Wittke ramp up their production of trucks from 20 trucks a month to over 120 trucks/month over three years.
Lean and ISO9001 are not just new/novel ideas for Avalanche. They have been in the blood of our principles for thirty years.
