About Avalanche Metal Industries

Avalanche Metal is a metal fabrication facility located in Kelowna, BC. We manufacture varying products for the oil and mining industries; sawmill equipment, structural steel and also any custom fabrication clients require. Avalanche Metal has a CWB supervisor on staff and all the welders are CWB certified.

Avalanche Metal Industries started in a 5000 sq. ft. facility but quickly expanded to 8000 sq.ft. and has now gone to a 34,000 sq. ft. facility to meet with demand. Shop serviced by one 44′ wide x 140′ long crane way with two overhead crane bridges with two 5 ton hoists on each bridge. A 2nd equally sized crane way is serviced with a single 10 ton crane bridge. A 65 ton brake press and a rack of mixed tooling is presently servicing the forming needs, with a vision to increase capacity in the near future.
